| The 69M pressure switch is used to regulate the tank pressure between two preset values on small, electrically driven compressors (up to 175 psi). It is available with and unloader valve, which prevents compressors from starting under load. It is also available with both the unloader valve and an auto-off disconnect lever for manual cut off of the compressor. A four port manifold style is available which provides for easy mounting of relief valves and gauges. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The 69H pressure switch is designed for the demanding requirements of larger, commercial duty air compressors (up to 250 psi). The sturdy, painted steel case and cover resists the harsh conditions encountered in industrial applications. This style is also available with an unloader valve to prevent the compressor from starting under load. Weatherproof and explosion-proof switches available - Consult Factory. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The General Start / Stop Control is designed for use with small individual air compressors for full automatic operation. The control consists of the four components normally found on a tank compressor piped and assembled ready for installation in the discharge air line. The four components are the pressure switch with unloader valve, pressure gauge, safety relief valve and air check valve with unloader port.
The Start / Stop Control is installed in the compressor discharge line allowing 15 to 20 feet of pipe (minimum) between the compressor and the control. The pressure switch will automatically maintain the set pressure at the control discharge by wiring the pressure switch either directly for fractional single phase units or through a motor starter coil to control the compressor motor. A drop in compressed air system pressure will close the pressure switch and start the air compressor. When the pressure switch is satisfied, the compressor will stop and the unloader valve will exhaust the air between the compressor and the check valve. This allows the compressor to begin its next cycle without any head pressure. The pressure gauge allows the installer to see the start / stop pressure settings and to adjust if necessary. In the event of a closed air line or excessive pressure build up in the compressor discharge, the safety valve in the line will protect the compressor. |
