When it comes down to it, there are really two pillars that have led General Air Products to the success it has found over 88 years in the industry: high quality products and incredible employees dedicated to providing unparalleled service to our customers. This February, we wanted to celebrate the latter. Today, if you’re visiting our offices, you’ll come across our Employee Appreciation Wall. This wall was built to recognize the dedication and loyalty of employees who have been a part of the General Air Products team for at least 10 years, all the way up to over 40 years. It’s a rarity to have any employees stay that long in one place these days, let alone enough to fill up a wall with their names — a truth that does not go unnoticed around here. General Air Products leadership is continually grateful for the dedication and hard work displayed by its employees.

The belief that a company could only find success if it was also a healthy, safe, and beneficial environment for its employees has been passed down through company leadership since General Air Products got its start in 1936. This wall and the work of those recognized on it are a testament to the truth in that credo. General Air Products simply doesn’t function without the talented people who work here and we are so thrilled to be able to celebrate and recognize our employees in a permanent, public way.
